A. Michel Laframboise
Michel has a broad base of professional expertise in finance, development and construction. MIchel focuses mainly on tenant representation and project management.
Michel’s experience with real estate and finance spans over 20 years, with an emphasis on the Alberta market. Michel is an expert in all real estate asset classes and has extensive experience building, buying, selling and managing large projects with a specialty in industrial and residential development.

Norm Suvan
Norm specializes in sales and leasing of Industrial land and buildings. His experience spans build-to-suit projects in both sale and lease scenarios, sales of multi-lot multi-zoned subdivisions for both vendor and purchasers, to conventional leasing.
Norm works with vendors and land owners during the preliminary stages of development to design and properly layout marketable phased subdivision plans including servicing.
Norm also has extensive experience as a Project Manager during construction and servicing stages of various industrial and country residential projects in Edmonton and Spruce Grove areas.
