Once Completed, Century Park will be a lively urban village spanning 43 acres and featuring a mix of low, mid and high-rise residential, office, retail and recreational uses.
Located on the Century Park LRT Station and just 12 minutes from the University and Whyte Ave and 14 minutes to Downtown, Century Park is the epitome of a repurposed transit oriented infill site. Paul was responsible for the repositioning of the sales centre into a vibrant edition to the retail shopping centre; which he was later responsible for selling.
