Mayfair Village South - Edmonton

Mayfair Village South is a 14-storey apartment building on 109th Street and south of Jasper Avenue. It consists of 237 affordable housing units and mixed-use retail on the main level. It was built to Built Green Silver standard for Multi-Unit Residential Buildings, with low VOC products, recycled content materials, and triple glazed windows.

In his role as Development Manager, Paul championed the Development and Leasing for this project. In addition, Paul was instrumental in bringing the City of Edmonton, the Province of Alberta, and the Federal Government into a funding partnership thereby creating the feasibility for the attainable rental project.
