Intact Insurance Building - Edmonton
The Intact Insurance Building is now a LEED-CS Gold office building on the northwest corner of 108th Street and Jasper Avenue, previously the derelict Professional Building. The 11-storey building was gutted down to the concrete structure and renovated to LEED Gold standard.
As Leasing Manager Paul was responsible for the leasing and stabilization of the building tenancy which included Intact Insurance, AIMCo, Hatch Mott MacDonald, Second Cup, Subway, and Oodle Noodle, as well as the stabilized operations of the building in the role of General Manager.
