Three Robins Red Deer is an 89-suite active adult apartment building with surface and underground parking. Three Robins is designed to bridge a gap for active seniors transitioning from houses but maintaining an independent lifestyle with available services in the building and amenities such as a craft/woodshop, theatre, demonstration kitchen and dining room, fitness, and retail.
The building was one of the first six-storey wood buildings in the province of Alberta. Michel managed the project with a small team, including design, reporting, and financing, to complete the building and get occupancy in 14 months.
