London at Heritage Station - Calgary

London at Heritage Station is a 1,200 unit - 4 towers, transit-oriented condominium development adjacent to Calgary’s Heritage C-Train Station. London also was planned to have 80,000sf of lifestyle-focused retail providing an enhanced pedestrian experience and extensive onsite amenities. Previously, London was a contaminated industrial site and a significant eyesore for the community. As Development Manager, Paul assisted with the rezoning, design, value engineering, and overall development of the project. Michel was involved in the acquisition, financing, budgeting, and construction management of the overall development, specifically on executing the first 716 Condo Units (2 buildings) and 15,000sf of retail. After a pause in the market for condo units, the project is nearing completion, with two more towers to go.
